Walk this Way!

Quinn is hard at work preparing to help us in a charity event this spring. The event is the March of Dimes annual March for Babies. Yes, I'm referring to the walking Quinn has been doing :)

The March for Babies will be held on the morning of April 24. We will be walking with a team from Geoff's work.  On Sat. March 13th we celebrated the 1 year anniversary from when Quinn and Riley came home from the NICU by taking donuts up to see the nurses.  We got to see two of the nurses that helped take care of them and had such fun showing off our one year olds.  The nurses shared that they will be walking  in the March also, and we can't wait to reconnect with more of them. The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. We were first exposed to the March of Dimes when Quinn and Riley were born premature. We were very impressed with the work they do to provide financial support for research and programs to prevent and treat preterm birth. Geoff has also recently started serving on the board for the Midlands Chapter of the March of Dimes so we are very excited to stay involved with this organization.
